Ben's Birthday

On Ben's birthday since the year he died, we have traveled back to Ohio, been in Ohio, and this year we got to spend it with our family and that seemed right.  Right for us.  Not great, for there will never be a great way to spend July 17th without Ben, but okay.  For me, to be able to spend time in Ben's room and sit in the chair where I had sat before with him was peaceful.  There was a jumpy house and cupcakes.  There were no presents and no little boy to sing too, but we were there together.  Most of the people Ben loved spending time together to think of him, smile for him, and love him.
